The remaining wastewater is treated in the sewage treatment system and reused again, with a total reuse rate of over 90%. The unit product water intake is at an advanced level in China and a leading level in the province; The steam condensate recovery system is mainly used for boiler feed water. While improving the efficiency of the steam heating system, it saves the consumption of fresh water and reduces the discharge of wastewater. Approximately 510000 cubic meters of condensate water are recovered annually; Through measures such as optimizing and renovating the full spray water system, recovering and utilizing the secondary steam of the coating machine, and recovering and utilizing the cleaning wastewater of the sedimentation tank, water resources have been recycled.
