After multiple on-site investigations and discussions, the leaders and technical personnel of the cooperative team have determined to use our company's No. 6 machine production line - the first domestically independently developed wide width high-speed paper machine - as a pilot project, with energy optimization as the breakthrough point, to build a 5G integrated intelligent infrastructure; Adhere to goal orientation, problem orientation, and result orientation, comprehensively integrate the core elements of our company's industrial data, starting from the entry of raw wood pulp into the pulp crushing system, to the production processes such as flow box, shoe press, drying, calendering, product quality testing, roll packaging and outbound, and achieve full supervision of equipment elements, full digital production control, and full mastery of energy consumption data; By utilizing big data and cloud computing, we can further enhance the intelligent control level of enterprises in areas such as energy consumption dual control and safety production dual prevention, and achieve the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing towards the integration of intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing; And build a 5G application demonstration project within the industry, selected for the provincial 5G project library.
